Research Interests

My research focuses on high-energy astrophysics, exploring some of the most energetic and dynamic phenomena in the universe. I have a particular interest in magnetars, highly magnetized neutron stars that serve as natural laboratories for studying extreme physical conditions. My work also delves into the enigmatic nature of gamma-ray bursts (GRBs), the brightest explosions known, which provide crucial insights into star formation and cosmic evolution. Additionally, I investigate the accretion processes and variability in low-mass X-ray binaries, shedding light on the intricate interactions between stars and compact objects. My studies extend to active galactic nuclei (AGNs), probing the mechanisms behind supermassive black holes and their profound influence on galaxy evolution. Through these diverse topics, I aim to advance our understanding of the energetic universe and its underlying physical principles.
