Off-diagonal entries of the generator must be nonnegative. Diagonal entries can be entered as placeholders and will be filled automatically so each row sums to 0.
Jump-only mode moves along actual CTMC jumps. Smooth-grid mode inserts regular time samples between jumps using the simulation resolution. The lower-right plot shows ensemble marginals at each time, while the lower-left card shows time-occupation proportions for the single displayed run.
